I was blown away by a customer service experience recently. Prior to my son (Teddy) being born, my wife and I would often scour the internet for “bear” related items since you know…Teddy Bear! A particular item showed up on Pinterest often, so when we couldn’t find the item available for purchase I sent an inquiry to the company.

Did we receive the result we hoped for? Nope, but the kind and generous reply left us with an amazing impression of this company. It really feels like they understand how important the arrival of a child is to parents. The reply oozes with positivity, and left us appreciative for their enthusiasm.
